Description
Position Summary:
The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY) has an immediate opening for an Operations Analyst in its Operations Division. In this position the Operations Analyst is responsible for providing high level overall support to the division and the Office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assigning wireless devices to new hires. 
  • Coordinating replacement of broken or lost devices. 
  • Troubleshooting wireless device issues for all staff. 
  • Coordinating all BYOD wireless devices and assist users with any subsequent issues. 
  • Auditing monthly invoices for price rate and usage. 
  • Maintain proper listing of all international usage. 
  • Obtaining and tracking proper approval for international usage. 
  • Maintaining all Airwatch user access (confirming addition to/removal from the system). 
  • Ensuring that all software updates are maintained on all wireless devices. 
  • Maintain all inventory for wireless devices, cases, usb cables, international adaptors, and headsets.
  • Providing training to incoming ADA classes in the event that external vendors cannot provide a trainer.
  • Test and maintain all toll conferencing numbers for the office. 
  • Troubleshooting Brooklyn Services for faxing, internet, and telephone services. 
  • Recycle all wireless devices phones, PTT, and mifi. 
  • Maintain escalation list for all wireless providers and act as a liaison with all wireless providers. 
  • Serve as backup when anyone is out in Operations Central. 
  • Perform related administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Ability to collect, edit and interpret data in existing databases.
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple short-term projects.
  • Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Process an analytical mind and inclination for problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
  • Dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and consultants.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Commitment:
  • One (1) year commitment to the hiring division.
