The New York County District Attorney's Office has an immediate opening for three (3) temporary Grand Jury Stenographers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

• Take minutes of grand jury testimony.
• Transcribe minutes of the testimony using appropriate computer program.
• Take testimony in other hearings as needed.
• Transcribe CDs, videos and tapes as required.

Qualifications & Skills
 

• Associate Occupational Science Degree in court reporting.  Candidates will be tested on their own equipment.
• Computer experience a must.
• Reporting experience a plus.
• New York City residency required.
