The New York County District Attorney's Office has a Temporary Position
in its Advocate to Graduate (A2G) Unit.
A2G is a Manhattan-based advocacy program, which seeks to ensure that youth are equipped with the tools needed to succeed in high school and beyond.
Provide tutoring to youth participants from the ages of 12-18.
Provide homework help (in all subjects).
Assist participants with improving study skills.
Provide assistance with Regent’s prep and GED prep as needed.
Coordinate with Academic Success Advocates regarding participant’s progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
Number of Positions:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
Experience tutoring youth ages 12-18.
Knowledge of NYC DOE curriculum preferred.
Ability to motivate youth.
