The New York County District Attorney's Office has a Temporary Position in its Advocate to Graduate (A2G) Unit. A2G is a Manhattan-based advocacy program, which seeks to ensure that youth are equipped with the tools needed to succeed in high school and beyond.
  • Provide tutoring to youth participants from the ages of 12-18.
  • Provide homework help (in all subjects). 
  • Assist participants with improving study skills. 
  • Provide assistance with Regent’s prep and GED prep as needed. 
  • Coordinate with Academic Success Advocates regarding participant’s progress. 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. 
  • Experience tutoring youth ages 12-18. 
  • Knowledge of NYC DOE curriculum preferred. 
  • Ability to motivate youth.
