Program Summary:
In the New York County District Attorney’s Office (‘DANY’) we have a full-time job opening for a Sr. SharePoint Developer. In this role you will be working closely with a team of other SharePoint and .NET developers as well as interacting with key DANY users for design, testing and feedback. We operate a SharePoint 2013-based intranet in addition to a set of specialized SharePoint-based applications. The ideal candidate has deep SharePoint product and development skills, is innovative and passionate and has proven skills to deliver quality applications on tight schedules. This is a key new role in our Intranet/SharePoint Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint-based applications and workflows based on business requirements
- Be part of the team setting the overall Microsoft & SharePoint Architecture and Development direction
- Validate performance by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes
- Prepare technical documentation, and support our Technical Trainer to develop business user training on portal functionality and custom solutions
- Throughout the projects you will participate in status meetings on progress, priorities, issues, performance issues, and future work.
- Deep SharePoint expert with a broad range of real-world experiences
- At least 5-7 years’ experience with advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013; SharePoint Designer; InfoPath, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and SharePoint Foundation 2013
- Experience with NINTEX Workflow 2010/2013, Nintex Forms 2010/2013, Business Intelligence dashboards
- Hands On SharePoint Server Administration
- Background with .NET development and Microsoft SQL Server a plus
- Understanding of Microsoft’s App Model, Office 365 and Azure a plus
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications; MCSE SharePoint is a major plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
